Tobacco 101 with the TRU Youth Advisory Council

Hear the TRUth about smoking and tobacco use from real teens. The TRU Youth Advisory Council will be visiting Teen Central and giving everyone a reason to break the habit or not start at all.

Meet a Mystery Writer

YA mystery author, Bonnie Doerr, will present a program for teens about the road to publishing a book for young adults and about her book Island Sting.

Movie Screening, Hoot!

Join us for the nature conservation mystery, Hoot. When young Roy moves from Montana to Florida with his family, he ends up befriending two kids who are fighting to protect the home of a group of endangered burrow owls from a real estate developer.  Based on the popular book by Carl Hiaasen with music from Jimmy Buffett.  Rated PG; 91 minutes.  Free popcorn will be served.
